He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Gayle Heinz (Jim), Laurie Vandehey (Steve), Linda Gurkowski (Steve) and Dave Worm (Marcia); his grandchildren, Christopher Heinz, Amanda Carrillo (Carlos), Corey Heinz (Amanda Peterson), Katie Koll (Klay), Abbey Vandehey, Michael Gurkowski (Emily Bollman), Nicole Gurkowski (Brandon Howell) and Taylor Lieven; his great grandchildren, Kasen, Kamden, Kaleb and Meeko; his siblings, Gordon Worm, Betty Reschke and Diane Schisel; and his siblings-in-law, Gus Steffens, Vern Steffens (Denise) and Helen Lampert (Phil).
