We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023, at the age of 98, Donald J. Pennings (Appleton, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Pennings and Gertrude Pennings (Dietrich); his great grandchild Louis Froehlich; and his brothers, Clarence Pennings (Ruth) and Marvin Pennings (Jane).
He is survived by: his wife Geri; his children, Colleen Froehlich (Ron), Darlene Wolfrath (Bob), Mark Pennings (Kathy), Randy Pennings (Sandy) and Vicki Gossens (Randy); and his grandchildren, Scott Froehlich (Amy), Nathan Froehlich, Chad Wolfrath (Katie), Sarah Marohn (Corey), Ryan Wolfrath (Jenny), Marcus Pennings, Katie Villagomez (Cristian), Shannon Zwitter (Kevin), Kelly Pennings, Kacie Gossens (Brent Smeaton) and Dan Gossens (Maegan). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
The family asked that in lieu of flowers, that a donation to the Alzheimer's Association be made in Don's Name.
