He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredereick Kieper and Edna Kieper (Flemming); his wife Jacqueline Leiby; his son-in-law Frank Kranzusch; his sisters, Leona Lukasavage, Ruth Bennett and Hilda Moon; his half-sister Irene Laschober; his brothers, Ervin and Dale; and his half-brother Raymond Muller.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Kranzusch, Gary Kieper, Sr. and Daniel Kieper (Karen); his grandchildren, Jacquie Olsen (Eric), Kathryn Williams (Chris), Michael Beyer (Georgiana), Gary Lee Kieper, Jr. (Amanda), Melissa Knutson (Michael), Michelle Charapata (Pau), Jari Hall (William Mlynar), Jeremiah Kieper, Jodi Kenny (John) and Eugena Kranzusch (Curt Samson); and also Dion.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Disabled American Veterans or Menasha Post 152 of the American Legion.
