He was predeceased by: his father David Remmel; his brother Jeff; his in-law Roy Schroeder (Jeanett); and his siblings-in-law, Keith Schroeder, Bruce Carew, Smokey Beyer, Carla Beyer and Trudy Heenan.
He is survived by: his mother Janice Remmel (Roehl) of Appleton; his wife Kathy Schroeder; his daughter Hayley Remmel (Tyler Meyer) of Reedsville; his brother Peter Remmel of Appleton; his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Wilson (Todd) and Bonnie Carew; and his aunt Shirley Bolstad (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
