He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Yvonne Kortendick (Mutter); his children, Michael, Dana Bortle (Ben) and Erin Sandford (Jason); his grandchildren, Finbar, Maverick Bortle and Taven Sandford; his siblings, Kenneth Kortendick (Dorothy) and Thomas Kortendick (Heleen); his sister-in-law Barbara Kortendick; his sister Barbara Piechocki (Kortendick); his parents, Aloys J. Kortendick and Gertude Kortendick (Lartz); his brother Robert Kortendick; his sister-in-law Mary Kortendick; and his brother James Kortendick.
