He is survived by: his mother Norma Howard (Meyer); his wife Shelly Rollo; his children, Nathan Howard (Christina) and Amanda Howard; his grandchildren, Kolton and Brinley Howard; and his siblings, Mavis Howard, Dave Howard (Mary), Jane Winter (Bob), Dale Howard (Kathy) and Duane Howard (Sara). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
