He is survived by: his parents, Lance Patrick Vander Wielen (Trudy Carr) of Appleton and Christi Lynn Gaylor (Shawn) of Rudyard, MI.; his daughter Riley Lynn Green; his siblings, Nicholas Gage and Paige Marie Vander Wielen; and his grandparents, Gary, Pamela Vander Wielen and Ruthie Griesbach. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
