He is survived by: his parents, Harold Belongia of Appleton and Melodie Waubanascum (Page); his fiancée Melissa Zemel of Appleton; his children, Mackenzie and Graysen; his stepfather Carl Waubanascum of Shawano; his sister Paige Bohm (Kyle Buettner); his niece Ameliya of Shawano; his grandmother Karen Page of Shawano; his aunts and uncles, Tammy Page (Jeremey Bentti) of Neenah, Judy Belongia of Seymour, Sue Belongia of Green Bay, Lee Page of Gresham, Mark Belongia (Cathy) of Appleton, Bruce Belongia of Appleton, Glen Belongia (Earlene) of Bakersfield, CA and Richie Belongia (Susie) of Shawano; and his cousin Kirk Menore of Shawano. He is also survived by numerous other cousins; and countless friends.
