He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliot Luce and Ruth Luce (Repe); his wife Rose Ann; and his siblings, Francelia Hintz (Clarence), Allen Luce (Mary Bretney), William Luce, Ruth Ann Zahn, Charles Luce (Delores), Donald Luce (Mary) and Nona Blank (Richard).
He is survived by: his sons, Daniel (Kimberly) of Bossier City, LA and Gary of Appleton, WI; his grandson Anthony Suarez (Danielle) of Eliot, ME; and his great grandchildren, Lucy and Louisa Suarez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund is being established for American Cancer Society or St. James United Methodist Church where Chet was a member since 1965.
