He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Charlie Chastain (Dorothy) of Farmington, MO, Jane Troutner (Jerry) of Houston, TX, John Chastain (Pam Hull), Carrie Riedi (Mark) of Green Bay, WI, Chelsea Watkins (Matt) of Farmington, MO and Katie Williams (Pat) of Imperial, MO.; his grandchildren, Charles William Chastain V, Derrek Chastain, Colton Chastain, Matt Rhodes (Maggie), Ashley Rhodes (Krishna), Alex Rhodes (Lauren), Parker Troutner, Sarah Perry (Dustin), Curtis Chastain (Kate), Christopher Chastain (Abbie), John Northcutt (Kaitlynn), Faith Birdsong and Quinn Watkins; his great grandchildren, John, Kadin Northcutt, Ryleigh, Blakely Perry and Henry Rhodes; and his stepchildren, Cheri Smith (Mark) of Spring Lake, NC, Mark Burt (Karen), Michael Burt (Amber) and Bradley Burt. He is also survived by his nieces, nephew.
