He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Osier and Grace Osier (Dieckhoff). He is survived by: his sons, David (Michelle, Stevens Point), Eric and West Bend; his grandchildren, Carson, Brenstin, Nicholas and Grace Linda; and his brothers-in-law, John Mulvey (Nancy) and Jeffrey Mulvey (Mary Ann).
