He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Zimmer and Lilie Zimmer (Schmidt); his grandson Justin Carl Zimmer; his parents-in-law, Karl and Avis Pasch (Curtis); and his siblings, Fern Sepuha (Harry), Frank Zimmer (Wanda), Katherine Schefe (Earl), Elvera Meiers (Shirley), Nancy Zimmer, James Krause, Donna Main (Don) and Karl Pasch.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Cindy Helein (Steve) of Neenah and Warren Zimmer (Wendy) of Menasha; his grandchildren, Quinn Helein (Haley), Zachary Zimmer, Taryn Helein, Brooke Webster (Kyle) and Brieann Helein; his great grandchildren, Bryant, Hudson, Rowan Helein and Justin Webster; his siblings-in-law, George Zimmer (Vera) and Russell Zimmer; his sibling Carroll Krause (June Pasch); and his godchildren, Pam VandeBurgt, Mark Krause and Megan Byars.
