He is survived by: his significant other Kristy; his children, Matt, Julie Erickson, Brett and Andy Prosek; the mother of his children Deb; his children, Tim, Veronica Krueger, Kami and Jason Allen; and his grandchildren, Drew, Maddox, Cole, Aubrie, Emma, Whitley, Ivory, Jack, Jones, Rett, Tritt and Ron Thyssen. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.
