It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Flanagan (Appleton, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Flanagan and Thelma Flanagan; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Marjorie Goggins (Krings). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne (Goggins); his children, Patrick, Brian (Appleton) and Meghan Borman (Appleton); his grandchildren, Collin, Dylan Flanagan, Grace, Ana Flanagan, Ella and Kathryn Borman; his brother John (Jannice); and his brothers-in-law, Dan (Barb), Jim (Jean), Goggins (Oshkosh) and David (Robin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
