She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Meulemans (Connie), Carl Meulemans, Joseph Meulemans (Donna), Andrew Meulemans (Clare) and Anthony Meulemans (Cindi); her grandchildren, Nick Meulemans (Shaunie), Claire Bauer (Jacob), Ashley (Hashiem Spoke), Katie (Joey Van Handel), Ken Meulemans (Tiffany), Sara Lord (Joseph), Paul Meulemans (Shelli), Ryan and Nathan Meulemans; her great grandchildren, Felicity, Bria, Rosi Meulemans and A'Myiah; her brother Bob Markofski (Karen); her siblings-in-law, Jean Kenjesky, Bob Etka and Tom Greunke; her sisters, Andrea Werzinske (Ben), Irene Foslin and Mary Sharon Markofski (Rita); and her parents-in-law, Felix and Adell Meulemans. She is also survived by her family, friends.
