He is survived by: his parent Elsie Stead (Totz); his children, Barbara Allen (Jack) and Melissa Lake (Bob); his grandchildren, Chris, Wendy, Jason Allen (Kayla), Jesse Michalkiewicz (Amber), Steph DeRuyter (Mark), Travis Rhodes and Heather; his great grandchildren, Ernesto, Derick Allen, Jennifer Schafer (Levi), Eli, Eugene, Eron, Oliver Allen, Hanna, Cade Michalkiewicz, Cody Rhodes-Concepcion, Breanna DeRuyter and Wyatt Rademaker; his great great grandchildren, Chon Allen, Phoenix, Hendrix Schafer and Lekeza Rhodes-Concepcion; and his stepgrandchildren, Christian and Emma Pitsch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
