She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cotter and Johanna Cotter (Vaughn); her husband Norbert Jack; and her siblings, Lucille and Thomas Cotter (Mary Lou).
She is survived by: her children, Gene Jack, Thomas, Geraldine Vitucci and Jane Marks; her grandchildren, Julie Jack, Brian Jack, Chelsea Jack Jackie Vitucci (Misi), Frank Vitucci and Tyler Marks; and her great grandchildren, Brennan, Brody, Tyson, Kingston, Rayne and Stella. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
