We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2021, at the age of 66, Alliance Church of Appleton, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fabina and Charlene Fabina (Niemi); and her sister Carol Fabina. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Karla and Scott Schultz (Laura); and her siblings, Cathi Steininger (Tom), Barb Bohl (Ray) and Nancy Karlman (Mike).
