He was predeceased by: his stepson Dustin J Moats. He is survived by: his parents, Sharon McCartney (Bambrough) and Wayne H. McCartney; his significant other Sharon Lacy; his children, Joshua McCartney, Justin McCartney and Jaymee McCartney; his sister Kristina McCartney-Spencer; his nephew Ryan Peterson (Bianca); and his nieces, Courtney Peterson and Raven Spencer. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
