He is survived by: his former wife Maureen Mulvany; his daughters, Lynn Lukes (Tony), Susi Westphal and Patricia Weiss (David); his grandchildren, Anthony (Autumn), Joshua (Tina), Matthew (Jessie), Sydney, Griffith (Kaylin), Cullen (Jenna) and Cody; his great grandchildren, Derek, Gracie, Maddie, Oliver, Jazlynn, Taylor, Jax, Karley and Avery; his stepchildren, Brian Hackbarth (Jen) and Brenda Malitz (Josh); his grandchildren, Gavin, Hoyt and Malorie; and his sister Barbara Kurtz.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity in Wallace's honor.
