He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Elsholtz and Judith Elsholtz (Lieble); and his stepfather Pete Steenis. He is survived by: his son Dustin Elsholtz; his grandchildren, Alexis and Delilah Elsholtz; and his sisters, Theresa Fischer (Richard) of Birnamwood, Mary Artz (Edward) of Antigo, Sherry Wilhelm (Randy) of Eland and Annie DeBroux (Mike) of Mattoon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives and friends.
