It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Thompson (Antigo, Wisconsin), born in Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thompson and Cecil Thompson; and his siblings, Grace Juris, Sally Geiger, Richard Thompson, William Thompson and Jack Thompson.

He is survived by: his wife Irene Thompson; his daughters, Julia Thompson of Wausau and Patricia Quick (Earl) of San Antonio, TX.; and his sister Marilyn Rauschel (Don) of Green Bay. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to cancer research.
