She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Cook (Leslie) of Ocala, FL and Robert Cook of Wausau; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Cook, Jr. (Kristyona) and Ashley Dion (Noah); and her great grandchild Eleanor.
