He is survived by: his daughters, Libby Crum of Tucson, AZ and Talia Crum (Thomas) of Seattle, WA; his siblings, Joe Crum, Kevin Crum, David Crum, Maria Mazzatelli, Lori Crum and Jolyn Crum; and his stepfather Bill Utnehmer.
