He was predeceased by: his parents, John Landowski and Mary Landowski (Glodowski); and his siblings, Edward, Joseph, Ludwig, Sylvester, Dennis Landowski, Wanda, Agnes, Leona, Isabelle, Elizabeth, Natalie and Frances.

He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Dallman of Antigo; his daughter Dawn O; his grandchild Dean Landowski of Watertown; his son Max Landowski (DeAnn Kmosena); his grandchildren, Chase Kmosena and Kade Kmosena; his sister Marie Breitenstein; his brother-in-law Jack Dallman; and his nephew Alfred King. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
