She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Williams and Dawn Williams (Delaney); and her brother Terry Williams. She is survived by: her husband Tim Young; her children, Tina Tillman (Andy) of Appleton and Mark Young (Kim Jahnke) of Antigo; and her grandchildren, Brock, Claire, Ainsley, Jack and William.

Memorials in Judy's name may be directed towards the Alzheimer's Association.
