He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly M. Miller (Dixon) and Frank T. Miller (Francis); his siblings, Judy M. Miller and Jay T. Miller; and his niece Rikki Marshall.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janeen Mengert (Dennis) of New Albany, IN, Joe Miller (Amy) of Orlando, FL and J. Kaye Marshall of Riverview, FL; and his friends, Sandy, Wayne Buettner, David, Nina, Ren Buettner, Brian Jones, Tony Koss, Maureen Spaulding Henderson, Dave Baraniak and Patty Rappa. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
