He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Banczak and Mildred Banczak (Kloida); his wife Bernice Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Ervin, Willis Jones, Jack Wurtinger, Lucille Van Ooyen (Harland) and Geraldine "Gerry" Hoerman (Richard).
He is survived by: his sons, Craig Banczak of Antigo and Jeff Banczak (Kimberly) of Wausau; his grandson Joshua Krueger (Ashley) of Pewaukee; his great grandchildren, Colton and Kinsley; his sister Lois MacDonald (James); and his sisters-in-law, Marguerite "Peg" Wurtinger and Dolly Jones. He is also survived by his family especially children.
