He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen (Andraschko); his children, Jerome Cahak, Jr. of Milwaukee, Paul Gregory Cahak (Sue) of Theresa, Brenda Louise Gustafson of Merrill and Pamela Susan Folger (Joseph) of Cascade; his grandchildren, Caitlin Cahak, Emily VanDyke (Kyle), Tim White (Rachel), Samuel Gustafson (Morgan), Jonah Gustafson (Savanna), Shawna Barth (Robert), Allison Cahak, Jodi Cahak and Benjamin Folger (Laurissa); his siblings, Linda Lange, Lawrence Cahak (Carol), Terrence Cahak (Jeanne) and Douglas Cahak (Janice); and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Cahak and David Hersant. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
