He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Zelazoski and Elsie Zelazoski (Russ); his wife Mary Schleinz; and his brother Michael Zelazoski. He is survived by: his children, Tina Zelazoski of Madison, Mark Zelazoski (Kaori) of Japan and Gary Zelazoski (Pam) of Texas; his grandchildren, Sena, Keenan, Kaleb, Kendal and Makayla; his siblings, Susan Werdeo (Michael) of Antigo, William Zelazoski (Donna) of Green Bay, Benjamin Zelazoski (Carrie) of Antigo and Charles Zelazoski (Rita) of Antigo; and his sister-in-law Jayne Zelazoski of Antigo.
