He is survived by: his children, Curt Messer (Heather) of Waupun and Kim Leitermann; his grandchildren, Kevin Messer (Niquea), Kendra Deuel (Todd), Hunter Leitermann and Haiden Leitermann; his great grandchildren, Leila and Aria; and his siblings, Jeannie Straley of Sheboygan Falls, Joe Messer (Chris) of Birnamwood and John Messer of Antigo.
