She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Koszarek and Clara Koszarek (Spychalla); and her siblings, Rev. Thaddeus, Stephen (Anne), Alexander (Dorothy), Andrew, Thomas, Louis (Josephine), Clara Mayo (Gordon), Rose Marchel (Redmond), Martha Bombinski (Carl), Florence Hoffman (Theodore) and Mary Wuller (Jerome).

She is survived by: her siblings, Msgr, Jane Frances Koszarek, Elizabeth Koszarek and Anne Koszarek.
