Helen Hintz Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Hintz (Antigo, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 26, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Kieper and Emma Kieper (Schultz); her spouse Rueben Hintz; her son Kenneth Hintz; her daughter-in-law Sharon Hintz; her grandson Alex Hintz; her sisters, Margaret Grauman (Walter), Mary Grauman (Leonard), Arlene Albrecht (Henry) and Delores Johnson; and her close friend Elva Brandt.

She is survived by: her sons, Kurt Hintz (Wendy) of Hartford and Keith "Reuben" Hintz (Maxine) of Deerbrook; her daughter-in-law Jan Hintz of Kansas City; her grandchildren, Andrew Hintz (Jennifer), Kandyce Mosher (Jon), Nathan Hintz (Karen) and Jessica Huff (Kevin); her granddaughter-in-law Carrie Hintz; her stepgranddaughters, Rachel Whitaker (Justin) and Amber Scherrer (David); her great grandchildren, Anna Mosher, Brantley Hintz and Jacelynn Hintz; and her brother-in-law Everett Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be directed in Helen's honor to St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Deerbrook, Wisconsin.
