She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tautges and Mary Tautges (Muhs); her husband Frank Benes; her daughter Mary; her son-in-law Marlin Stickney; her granddaughter Mary Darr; her great grandchildren, Alex Reeder and Keenan Darr; her siblings, Genevieve Fischer, Agnes Tautges, Barbara Kerchoff, August, Paul Tautges, Robert and Edward; and her siblings-in-law, Catherine, Joannie Tautges, Robert Kerchoff and Ron Nissen.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Benes (Marie) of Antigo, Leland Benes (Vicki) of Cookeville, TN, Michael Benes (Kim) of Antigo, Kathy Stickney of Antigo, Susan Darr (DeWayne) of Deerbrook, Vicki Zalesak (Jon) of Clarissa, MN, Lori Weiss (Jeffrey) of Harmony, MN and Amy Keeker (James) of Kansasville; her siblings, Mary Ann Bonk (Raymond) of New Berlin and David Tautges of Seal Beach, CA; and her sister-in-law Marcella Tautges of Appleton. She is also survived by 37 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Bradley Funeral Home (1550 Neva Rd, Antigo, WI 54409). A wake will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Wencel Catholic Church (N5340 Church Rd, Deerbrook, WI 54424).
