He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Hoffman and Lynn Hoffman (Wilker) of Antigo; and his brother Brett Hoffman (Jenny) of Ashburton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home (1550 Neva Rd, Antigo, WI 54409). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
