She was predeceased by: her parents, John Novak and Antonia Novak (Jira); and her siblings, Rosemary Wegter (Folkert), Anton Novak, John Novak (Rose Marie) and Milo Novak (Laurel).
She is survived by: her husband Earl Steger; her children, Juli Steger (Perry Duffek), Jerome Steger (Kelley) of Antigo and Ernest Steger (Jody) of Antigo; her grandchildren, Lukas, Lindsey (Ben), Keely and Kassie; her brother Joseph Novak (Eva) of Clintonville; and her sister-in-law Lillian Novak of Deerbrook.
