He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrin Lee Palmer and Kathryn Regina Palmer (Richard); and his brother Claire Richard Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Joyce Lass; his children, Chis Wolski (Bill) and Scott Palmer; and his grandchildren, Erica McCalister, Amanda Otis, Kristel Welzien, Michelle Lasky, Marissa Wolski, Jourdan Crawford, Nicholas Palmer, Benjamin Palmer and Noah Palmer. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
