It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas W. Rzentkowski of Amherst, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Rzentkowski and Lorraine Rzentkowski (Kuffel); his father-in-law Greg Jacowski; his brothers, Jerry and Randy Rzentkowski; his sister-in-law Linda Rzentkowski; and his pet Buster.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jacowski; his children, Cassandra Barnhart (John), Josh Rzentkowski (Amy Sylvia), Shane Rzentkowski (Sarah), Michelle Wardall (Alex), Ethan Rzentkowski (Nicole Lepak), Eryn Schulfer (Patrick), Autumn, Willow Schulfer, Meygan Lilla, Desi Glodowski and Grayson Rzentkowski; his dziewczyna Lucy Wardall; his mother-in-law Anita Jacowski; his siblings, Jim Rzentkowski (Jan), Linda Froehlich (Jim) and Judi Schoch (Mike); his sister-in-law Doreen Rzentkowski; his half-sister Vicky; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Jacowski (Betsy) and Mike Jacowski. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (453 S Main St, Amherst, WI 54406). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and tears, Tom would have much preferred that you do a shot in his honor.
