He was predeceased by: his father Otis Toftum (Adeline); and his sister Laura "Debbie" Gehrke (Steven). He is survived by: his wife Cathy of Amherst; his siblings, Richard (Verna) of Amherst, John (Jean) of Cedartown and Caroline "Mitzi" Ehr (Tom) of Amherst Junction; his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Michael, Tammy, Jason, Tiffany, Kathy, David, Dan, Karen, Victoria, Rebecca, Cynthia and Richard; his stepchildren, Rory Taylor and Aimee Engebretson; and his stepgrandson Braydon Engebretson.
