He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Shulfer and Alice Shulfer (Mrochinski); his parents-in-law, Laura Woytasik and Henry Woytasik Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Bob King, Leroy Woytasik, Henry Woytasik Jr., Jerry Raschka, Carl Pongratz Sr., Jeanette Shulfer and Sherry Woytasik; and his nephews, Jerry King and Carl Randy Pongratz Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Germaine Woytasik (Gerri); his daughters, Brenda Krzykowski (Dana), Lisa Voight (Eric) and Carrie Shulfer; his grandchildren, Rhett, Tia, Kaidee, Andrew, Zander and Spencer; and his siblings, Myron, Shirley Slowinski (DeLoyd) and Maxine King. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established at a later date.
