She is survived by: her children, Ron, Bob (Bonnie), Chad (Hayley), Aven, Bria Patoka, Jeremy Patoka, Ruth (Gene Allen), Corey (Becky), Seth, Randi, Nathan, Chloe Allen, Dallas, Addison Allen, Lucas (Jewly), Paige Allen, Kailee Fletcher, Waylon, Sofia, Lucy Kizewski, Tom (Sandra), Vince Patoka (Andy Ambrosius), Aubrey Patoka, Gilbert (Cindi Borski), Mitchell Patoka, Cameron Patoka, Brett (Brittany Helton), McCoy, Bryer Patoka, Patti (Dan Rashke), Quinn (Ellie), Mae, Rashke, Tia Rashke and Michael; her great grandchildren, Gabriella Patoka and Austin Allen; her siblings, Myron (Arlene), Clarence (Mary Jane), Rudy Trzebiatowski, Arlene Wroblewski and Janet Roska (Jim); her sister-in-law Bonita Patoka; her sister Lorraine Wroblewski; and also Raymond Patoka. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
