With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John M. Lucht of Amherst, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 11, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lucht and Agnes Lucht (Boelter); his son-in-law Chuck; and his brothers, Jeremiah, Herbert and Frederick.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lucht of Amherst; his children, Judy Genskow (Chuck) of Amherst, Joni Lucht (Cory) of Milwaukee and John Lucht (Amy) of Amherst; his granddaughter Jennifer Sudmeier (Ryan) of Amherst; his children, Lydia Stearns (Grant) of Waupaca, Jack Lucht of Amherst and Sydney Stardy of Milwaukee; and his siblings, Robert Lucht and Ardyce "Toots" Douglas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
