He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kubisiak and Katherine Kubisiak (Glodowski); and his siblings, Victor, Lawrence, Albert, Loretta Kosinski, Evelyn Konkol, Caroline Augustine, Marie Timmers, Katherine Konkol, Stella Cieslewicz and Genevieve Trzebiatowski.

He is survived by: his pets, Tigger and Bonzai; and his sister Anne Dachyk (Ken) of Stevens Point. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
