He is survived by: his wife Bernice Wojtalewicz; his children, Kim Czech (Jon), Denise Turk (Jesse) and Jason "OJ" Wojtalewicz (Beth); his grandchildren, Mason, Haydn, Sydney, Marley, Levi, Balin, Cade and Eva; and his siblings, Richard Wojtalewicz, Barbara Warzinik, Mary Lang (James) and Bonnie Krutzka (Mike).
