He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Shanklin; his sister Bonnie Shanklin; and his niece Carly Shanklin. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Shanklin (Pask) of Iola; his significant other Diane Stroik of Amherst; and his siblings, Judy Driebel (Karl) of Iola, Terri Stroik (Steve) of Stevens Point, Cathy Kunst (Al) of Almond and Marshall Shanklin of Amherst. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
