She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil "Boots" and Blanche Kostuch (Docka); her husband Pat Pitt; her daughter Mary; her stepsons, Roger and John; and her daughter-in-law Judi.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Ostrowski (Bob); her grandchildren, Sue Wiza (Mark), Nancy Matthews (David), Paula Ostrowski (Pat Galecki), Bobbi Biegel and Erin Woida (Charles); and also, Jay Pitt (Sue) and Jill Groshek (Wayne). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Connie name.
