He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludwig Ploszay and Mary Ploszay (Wrzos); his wife Roberta C. Minor; his daughter Betty; and his siblings, Frank, Anthony, Steve, Agnes, Helen, Anne and Veronica.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Wood (Dale), Edward Ploszay, Teresa Greenberg, Victor Ploszay, Peter Ploszay (Starr) and Sandra Wood; and his sister Hedwig Keller. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
