She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Andrist and May Andrist (Butterfield); her husband Jerry; and her sister Joyce. She is survived by: her son Phillip Werner (Diana); her grandchildren, Brayden, Christopher, Breanna and Bobby; and her siblings, Roberta, Fred (Cheryl) and Ed (Connie).
