He is survived by: his former wife Ruth Novak; his wife Ruthie; his children, Michele Arndt (Matt), John Grutza IV (Tammy) and Chad Grutza (Nikki); his grandchildren, Brooke (Curt Hansen), Eric (Madi Walters), Johnny V, Natalie, Jax and Ember; his great grandchild Harper; his mother Dorothy; his siblings, Tom (Cammy), Bob (Gwynn) and Barb Lapacz (Randy); and his mother-in-law Betty Novak. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
