He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Maes and Marjorie Maes (Enderby); and his sister-in-law Sue Maes. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Maes (Jean), Gale Maes, Gregg Maes (Bonnie), Guy Maes (Rebecca) and Gwen Wilmet (John); and his daughter Tina Ludwig.
